Comment “HEAL” if you’re ready to stop carrying th Comment “HEAL” if you’re ready to stop carrying this by yourself. I’m here to help you take that first step.

Standing WITH women means listening to her story, looking at the facts, and letting the evidence speak for itself.

His ability to tell a convincing story doesn't make hers any less true.

I’ve seen how quickly an abuser can flip the story, minimize what happened, and make her question herself.

Domestic Violence Awareness Month is a reminder that supporting victims means more than believing them in October.

It means knowing how to listen, respond, and help when they finally reach out.

Abuse is ALWAYS the responsibility of the person w Abuse is ALWAYS the responsibility of the person who chooses to harm, control, and intimidate. So please stop carrying shame for the moments you were trying to survive.

Comment “HEAL” if you’re ready to stop blaming yourself and start understanding what happened. I’d be glad to guide you through this.

This scene from You're Dating a Narcissist has a m This scene from You're Dating a Narcissist has a moment that nails something MOST people don't have a word for.

And it brought back so many conversations I've had with women who felt like they were constantly being compared.

But triangulation was never really about the other person. His real goal is CONTROL. Because a woman busy proving her worth doesn't have the energy left to question HIS behavior.

So the way out was never competing harder. It's refusing to compete at all. That was never the love you deserved in the first place.

💗 Comment "HEAL" if you're ready to learn the tactics that kept you stuck, and start planning your way out for good.

And men rarely get the same guidance around accoun And men rarely get the same guidance around accountability, rejection, or what "no" really means.

That imbalance is the real conversation we SHOULD be having.

Prevention only ever seems to fall on one side of the equation.

We keep arming women with more awareness while barely asking what men are being taught at all

Real change means BOTH sides need to grow, not just women.

💗 Comment "HEAL" if this is a conversation you think we need to be having more.

There's one pattern that tells you MORE about your There's one pattern that tells you MORE about your relationship than any fight ever could.

And this was exactly the conversation I had with Kate Anthony recently.

The power imbalance is one of the CLEAREST signs something in a relationship isn't right.

So if you're always the one apologizing, always softening what you actually need, always the one keeping the peace, that's what you need to be paying attention to.

💗 Comment "HEAL" if you need a safe space for support on your healing journey, and want to be part of conversations like this.

This song hits DIFFERENT when you’ve lived through This song hits DIFFERENT when you’ve lived through a trauma bond.

And I just love it how Taylor Swift’s new song, Patient Zero, captures so much of what happens in these relationships. The charm, love bombing, betrayal, and the intermittent reinforcement that kept you stuck.

SO MANY women will see pieces of their own story in this song. I know I did!

If this song feels a little too familiar, you’re not alone. What you experienced was real.

💓 Comment “HEAL” if you’re ready to understand your story and take the next step in your healing.

Dear younger Nae, Look at that smile. That one’s Dear younger Nae,

Look at that smile. That one’s real. Not performed, not survival mode, just you and your baby in the fall leaves, completely yourself.

You’re going to lose a lot of yourself in the years ahead. Your independence, confidence, and pieces of who you are. But this right here, this love? He never touched it. Never could.

I know it just feels like an ordinary afternoon to you right now. But this was the one thing that stayed fully yours through everything that came after.

Hold onto her and this feeling. It’s part of what brings you home to yourself later.

With love,

Older Nae 💗

💗 Comment “HEAL” if you know this feeling. So many of us carried love through seasons we shouldn’t have had to survive.
I believed the Wolf of Wall Street when he told me I believed the Wolf of Wall Street when he told me that. I really thought death was the only way out of narcissistic abuse.

But I'm still here because I stopped believing his version of my future and started fighting for my own.

And that's what I want you to hold onto. He doesn't get to decide how your story ends, no matter how many times he's said he does.

So many women I've worked with who made it out have told me the same thing. The life on the other side was WORTH every hard step it took to get there.

💗 Comment "HEAL" if you're ready to start writing your own ending and I'd be glad to guide you through it.

Exactly why I have SO MUCH compassion for mothers Exactly why I have SO MUCH compassion for mothers in narcissistic abuse. Because she’s carrying an impossible weight.

Her own pain on one shoulder, her children’s safety on the other, all while STILL showing up like everything’s okay.

If this is you right now, I need you to know that you and your kids both MATTER.

💗 Comment “HEAL” if this is the weight you’re carrying right now. Let’s talk about what safety could look like, for both of you.
